His experience spans complex and large loss claims, litigation management, process improvement, and vendor oversight, consistently driving efficiency and innovative solutions in the security and investigations field.
Nathan is instrumental in client relationship management and business development, always focused on delivering superior customer experiences and meeting business objectives. He is adept at supporting both corporate and government clients with precise and efficient solutions. Widely recognized for his proficiency in property, casualty, life, and health insurance, Nathan is skilled in using social media for investigative purposes.
With a strong background in insurance, legal, and corporate investigations—especially in complex WSIB claims, absenteeism, and HR matters—Nathan is recognized for his leadership and has earned multiple awards and commendations.
